WHETHER THIS IS YOUR FIRST BABY OR YOUR LAST, WITH OUR 4TH TRIMESTER PACKAGE YOU WILL HAVE:
PRENATAL PLANNING
Dr. Ali will get to know you and your family and will help you come up with an early postpartum plan. We will discuss your goals and expectations and guide you in your last few weeks of pregnancy.
CONVENIENT HOME VISITS
We understand the challenge of adjusting to a new baby at home. For that reason, we want decrease your stress and will visit you at the comfort of your own home.
COMPREHENSIVE NEWBORN CARE
All recommended well baby-care, weight check-ins, parental education and assistance with transition of care to your primary care physician of choice will be provided.
PARENT POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
Birth parent physical and mental health monitoring, intensive breastfeeding or other infant feeding support with easy access to Dr. Ali by text, email or phone throughout the package period.
The 4th trimester Doc on-call Package includes:

Prenatal consult.

6 weeks of care in your home with Dr. Ali (pediatric care and lactation support)

All routine pediatric care IN YOUR HOME for your baby’s first 6 weeks -
5 home visits.

Unlimited breast/chest/body-feeding or bottle-feeding assistance throughout the 6-week postpartum period.

Direct access to your pediatrician during the 6-week package, by text, e-mail, or phone with frequent check-ins.

Maternal postpartum and family support and monitoring (including partner and siblings support).

Coordination of care and transfer of care to your pediatrician will be arranged at the end of the 6 weeks.

Additional visits can be scheduled for an additional cost.
